How Does Triworm-D Work?

Triworm-D worm treatment contains febantel, pyrantel pamoate and praziquantel. The active formula paralyzes, damages, and kills ascarids (roundworms), hookworms, whipworms, and tapeworms.

Febantel targets roundworms and whipworms by interfering with their energy metabolism. Pyrantel pamoate paralyzes roundworms and hookworms, making them lose their grip on the intestinal wall and be expelled through the feces. Praziquantel causes severe spasms and paralysis in tapeworm muscles, damaging their skin and breaking down and eliminating them.

Triworm-D Dosing Guide:

Triworm-D should not be used in puppies younger than two weeks. This treatment is recommended for use in puppies and dogs only. Do not use it in any other animal species. Do not use this dewormer simultaneously with Piperazine compounds. Consult a veterinarian if signs of worm infestation persist.

This allwormer can be given to all dogs, including puppies, senior dogs, working dogs and pregnant dogs 10 days before whelping. Administer this treatment only as directed on the label. Keep this wormer out of reach of children, pets and uninformed people.
