I had ordered over $100 worth of heartworm and flea medication in March 2026. I kept track of my order and within 2 weeks it showed the medication had been delivered to my mailbox. The medication was not there, so I checked with neighbors and post office and it couldn't be found. Today, April 27th 2026, I called to see what could be done. After letting them know I had checked everywhere even with the post office they were happy to resend the order. The woman on the phone was very nice, and I couldn't have asked for anything more. I definitely recommend them!
