• Weigh your cat and select the pack that closely matches your cat's weight.
• Apply NexGard SPECTRA Spot-On topically once every month.
• Open the pack immediately before applying the treatment and ensure the cat is dry.
• Use scissors to cut the blister along the dotted line and pull the lid away.
• Remove the applicator from its pack and hold it upright.
• Slightly pull back the plunger and twist and pull off the cap.
• Part your cat's hair between the base of the skull and the shoulder blades until the skin is visible in the midline of the neck.
• Place the tip of the tube on the skin and apply the entire contents directly onto the cat's skin in one spot to an area where your cat cannot lick.
• For flea treatment and prevention, treatment with NexGard SPECTRA Spot-On may begin at any time of year.
• For heartworm disease prevention, start the treatment within 1 month after the first expected exposure to mosquitoes.
• When a dose is missed, administer one dose immediately and resume the monthly schedule.
• When replacing another heartworm preventive, apply the first dose of NexGard SPECTRA Spot-On within one month of the last dose of the previous treatment.
• Regular monthly applications may help prevent and control any subsequent feline lungworm infestations.
