K9 Advantix for Dogs Aqua, also known as Advantix, is a monthly treatment designed to protect puppies and dogs from common external parasites. One application is effective against fleas, lice, mosquitoes and flies. Additionally, this flea treatment also repels and kills different species of ticks.

It kills fleas and ticks on contact, preventing the need for painful bites for your furry friends. This monthly flea and tick treatment for dogs is available in different packs to cater to dogs of various sizes.

• K9 Advantix Aqua is recommended for dogs from 7 weeks of age, weighing between 11 and 20 lbs.

K9 Advantix Coverage:

• Kills fleas on dogs on contact and flea larvae in the dog's environment.
• Stops fleas from feeding and helps treat and prevent flea infestations.
• Reduces the incidence of flea allergy dermatitis.
• Kills and repels ticks, including brown dog ticks and Asian longhorned ticks.
• Helps control lice.
• Repels and kills mosquitoes and certain flies.

Active Ingredients:

Imidacloprid 100 g/L, Permethrin 500 g/L.

• Weigh your dog to select the right dosage pack.
• Begin by removing the required applicator from the pack.
• Pull the applicator's cap off by holding it upright and reverse the cap to push it back on the applicator.
• Break the applicator seal by twisting it and remove the cap from the applicator.
• When applying the treatment, the dog should be in a standing position.
• If your dog is wearing any collar, remove it before application and replace it when the application is dry.
• Part the dog's hair between the shoulder blades until the skin is visible.
• Place the applicator tip on the dog's skin and squeeze it firmly to apply the liquid evenly.
• Keep the applicator away from the pet's eyes and mouth.
• It remains effective after soap-free shampoo treatment, swimming or exposure to rain. When washing your dog during the use of this treatment, it is recommended you use a soap-free shampoo 14 days after the treatment.

K9 Advantix Dosing Guide:

K9 Advantix must not be used on cats or animals other than dogs. Keep cats separated from the treated dog. There are reports of toxic effects in cats such as, behavior changes, drooling, tremors and death, which occur in cats that groom or contact treated dogs 48 hours earlier. If you suspect toxicity in your cat, consult a vet immediately.

This topical is safe for use on pregnant and lactating dogs. Consult a veterinarian before using it on sick or debilitated dogs. Avoid the product's contact with your pet's eyes or mouth. Use within 18 months of opening the foil pouch. The liquid may discolor certain surfaces. Avoid your dog's contact with such surfaces after treatment until the application is dry.
